The Lift Gym in Point Pleasant is a life changer. My first challenge in 2018 saw me loss 20.1 in 6 weeks. After struggling through 2019 & 2020 with a third back surgery and covid related weight gain my weight went from 236 to 270 lbs and I lacked energy and motivation. In March 2021 I received a challenge from The Lift. An 8 week challenge not for weight loss but body fat. I accepted the challenge and proceeded to drop my bodyfat from 24.8% to 18.3% while adding skeletal muscle in 8 weeks. Kathy, Matt and the rest of The Lift Crew provided me with the training, diet and motivation I needed to succeed. It is up to you to take that first step.
